“The products required for 1 person: mamaliguta: 125 gr corn flour, cheese: 65 gr., Butter: 20 gr
PREPARATION MODE: we make a mamaliguta as a well-connected magician.
We’ve got a saucepan or a special stone pot for the oven. Grate the pot with fresh butter (baking). Draw a good layer of mamaliguta at the bottom (2-3 fingers)
Take white cheese, moldavian or bellow cheese. We broke it with the fork. We put a layer of cheese, one thick finger. Then another layer of mamaliguta. Over the top of the cheese is sprinkled.
We cut pieces of butter, we start them in the locust in the place and I give the paparas in the oven.
Observations: the papara is served in the baking dish. ”
250 g of malt
130 g bellows cheese
40 g butter
a well-connected pike
grease a heat-resistant ceramic pot with 20 g butter
place a layer of mamaliga (about 2 fingers)
Then lay a layer of bellows (about 1 finger)
Put back a layer of mamaliga
The remaining butter cuts the pieces that are infused into the maize
Sprinkle over the cheesy cheese (also burduf)
Put in the oven for 15 minutes
Mamaliga I prepared it with freshly ground nuts in the house but it certainly goes with the bought maize. Simple recipe but very, very tasty! My Rating: 5 out of 5!
