The original text of the recipe: “Put in a saucepan a spoonful of oil. Place a layer of fat peppers, clean and cut into quarters.” Above hang a thinner layer of cut onion and then a layer of red patas, broken in “If you do not want to go to the kitchen, you will not be able to eat it anymore.” Sateanca Magazine, 1949
1/2 cup of oil
3 sweet peppers
2 onions
5 tomatoes
green parsley
green dill
salt
clean and wash the vegetables; peppers are cleaned of seeds and cut into quarters, onions are cut and the tomatoes are cut
the green (dill and parsley) is finely chopped
put the oil in a saucepan (grease the inside well) and add: a layer of pepper, then sprinkle the onion, then a layer of tomatoes and greens, sprinkle salt and so until we finish the composition
put in the oven until the vegetables are cooked
