250 g of powdered sugar
125 g of malt
125 g flour
200 g butter
a bit of lemon breed
1 glass of milk (250 ml)
a little salt
a few spoons of sour cream
a little sugar powder
a little bit of oil
mix powdered sugar with malt, flour, diced butter, lemon peel, milk and salt until a homogeneous composition is obtained
pour the composition, evenly, into a tray with oil and place in the oven for about 30 minutes
remove it from the oven and let it cool down
cut the squares, place on the serving plate and powdered with sugar
serve (optional with sour cream)
A glass of milk is indicated in the original recipe. I put a 250 ml glass of milk. By placing this quantity of milk, a hull can not be obtained which can be stretched and cut squares as specified in the original recipe, but it is obtained a soft paste which can be poured into the tray, baked and then cut squares. Perhaps the original recipe refers to a smaller glass of milk.
