120 g butter
180 g flour
50 g of almonds
50 g of powdered sugar
3 yolks
the bark of a lemon
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
5 crushed cloves (powder)
a little bit of oil
a few tbsp marmalade / jelly jelly
1 tablespoon sugar powder
a few grapes and fresh currants
Place the almonds in hot water on fire and leave for a few minutes until they rise to the surface, then peel off the bark and crumble with a sieve
Cloves are prone to be a fine powder
Using a mixer, mix the butter, flour, almonds, powdered sugar (50 g), yolks, lemon peel, cinnamon and powdered cloves
