Original text of the recipe: ”
Proportions for 6 people: 5 dl. milk, 500 gr. maize, 100 gr. butter, 500 gr. sour cream, a little salt, 6 eggs.
Make hungry pork breast with milk, boil butter, stir until melted, add sour cream and mix again. Pour on a large plate, a hole is made in the middle, the eggs are broken, the eggs are baked and hardened.
500 g of malt
500 ml of milk
100 g butter
500 g of sour cream
a little salt
6 pieces of eggs
Make a pork breast with butter, butter, a little salt and sour cream (sour cream is added last when it’s almost ready to eat)
Pour the pork into an oven tray or in small shapes (one serving)
With the help of a spoon, a hole is made in the center of the mamaligii and all eggs are broken, as if for the eyes, next to each other (if it is a bigger form in which I put all the pork) or an egg in each tray put the pork in small shapes of 1 serving)
Put in the oven and leave until the eggs are ready (soft or stronger to taste)
Serve warm
It may be that some water is needed when we make the mallard (I used the hard ground in the house and had to add 1 cup of water)
