1300 g of chicken
200 g of rice
5 eggs
2 lamai

wash the chicken and cut into pieces that are boiled in cold water (water to cover them) and leave until the meat is boiled well (if the boiling water drops, add water)
when the meat is boiled, remove the chicken pieces from the soup, it is disinfected and the meat cuts the pieces
after the chicken pieces have been removed from the soup, put about 1 cup of soup in a bowl and add the rice in the soup left in the pot and let it boil
when the rice is almost cooked, the meat dishes are placed in the soup and boiling continues
Separately, in a bowl, with a fork, beat the egg yolks to which the lemon juice is gradually added, stirring continuously. Then add a little over the yolks and put the soup aside earlier (just be a little warm), stirring continuously
when the rice is cooked, add to the pot of soup the composition of the yolks, little by little, stirring permanently
after we put the yolks in the soup, leave it for 2 minutes and the soup is ready

As the original recipe indicates, in the soup can also be put the chopped hazelnuts cut pieces. Because I had at the table people who do not like the chickens, I did not put them.
