3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
5 tablespoons sour cream

boil hard eggs, peel off and slices
butter is browned in butter
add chopped parsley, sour cream and a little salt to the crisp breadcrumbs
egg slices are put in this sauce and left for a few minutes to fire

Certainly sour cream recommended in this recipe OUA CU PATRUNJEL from 1937 is more liquid and so I put a few tbsp of sour cream bought from the 20% fat store.
Simple to prepare and taste very good.
