Original text of the recipe: “6 eggs, 75 g cheese, 100 g ham, 200 g tomatoes, 25 g butter, 1 teaspoon of green, 3 tablespoons spicy sauce, salt, pepper.
Eat eggs, season and ripen the omelette after the usual recipe. When the omelet is almost baked, add the green, the sauce and the chopped ham. Cover with tomatoes and then with thin slices of cheese. Keep a few minutes in the oven until you have a meal. ”
6 pieces of eggs
25 g butter
a little salt
a little pepper
1 teaspoon finely minced green (parsley and dill)
3 tablespoons spicy sauce (ketchup)
100 g of prawn ham
200 g of cherry tomatoes
75 g cheese (sheep calf)
Fight eggs well with a little salt and pepper
Put the butter in the pan and when it’s hot add the beaten eggs (care should be taken not to catch the pancake omeleta)
When the omelet is almost ready, add on its entire surface: the green, the ketchup and the ham cut sliced
Cover with tomatoes and then with thin slices of cheese
Keep a few minutes on the cooker with the lid or the oven until the tomatoes soften a little.
The type of cheese is not specified in the recipe, I chose to put the old sheep cheese, but I am convinced that it works very well with cheese.
The original recipe recommends spicy sauce, but I chose to make sweet sauce.
Super good, delicious … a consistent breakfast.
My recommendation: 5 out of 5 stars.
