300 g of sugar
1/2 glass of water
300 g of beeswax
10 samburi visine
1/2 lemon
Wash the cherries, clean and remove the saplings
Using a press, squeeze the cherries to get the juice (we need to get ½ cup sour cherry juice)
About 10 saplings of cherries are broken
It is made, on fire, a syrup of sugar and water
When the sugar is melted, add the sour cherry juice and crushed sap, mix well and take off the fire
Straighten well, add lemon juice and let it cool
Put it in a box in the freezer and serve the next day
