6 cups of water
a little bit of oil
a little salt
200 g butter
500 g bellows cheese
Put the water to boil, add a little oil and a little salt and when the water boils, add the malt to the rain, stirring constantly with a flesh so that no cocolas are formed; continue boiling (stirring from time to time) and make a softer rind
Separately put the butter in a frying pan, let it melt and then add the bell-cut cheese cut pieces. Allow to boil a little, stirring continuously so that the cheese melts
In this cheese composition, add the mallow and mix thoroughly
