500 ml of sweet white wine
6 tablespoons of sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon flour

Boil the wine with 4 tablespoons of sugar
Separately, egg yolks fight with flour and a little cold wine
When the wine begins to boil, pour a little over the composition with yellow, stirring continuously and then fire
Wine is left on fire until it becomes a thin cream (must be mixed quite often with a phone)
Eggs of egg batt with a little salt until a hard foam is obtained
Boil ½ l of water together with 2 tablespoons of sugar
