I followed the recommendation of the recipe and served this roast pork steak with fries. Really an excellent meal, as it is also specified in the recipe. It is unbelievable how with such simple ingredients and at the fingertips of anyone you can get a kind of food so tasty. A perfect meal for a family dinner in quiet winter evenings.
