250 g strawberries

Wash and clean strawberries
The strawberries are mixed with 100 g of sugar and, with a blender, foam is made
Add the salt to a little salt and foam
A cream is formed by gently mixing the foam with the strawberry
Grease small oil melts (for individual gates)
Put the cream in the trays
Sprinkle a little sugar
Place the melters in the oven until the cream is tenderly browned
