1 kg of potatoes
1/4 cup oter
1 glass of water
1/2 teaspoon of sugar powder
1/2 teaspoon mint finely minced
some mint leaves
clean the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil with a little salt and a few mint leaves
while boiling potatoes, boil the vinegar with sugar and then add water and ½ teaspoon of chopped mint leaves
when the potatoes are ready, drain off the water and put them in a bowl
mix the vinegar pour hot over the potatoes and add salt to taste
gently mix the salad
with a palette, remove the potatoes and put on the plate they will serve (so that the excess of the sauce remains in the bowl where the salad was mixed)
I also put a few fresh mint leaves on top
serve immediately
Not being specified in the recipe the exact quantity of potatoes, I chose to put 1 kg of potatoes and make the sauce with half the recommended quantities (it is enough).
A simple, aromatic and light potato salad. It may be a good choice to serve this potato salad with a steak (eg lamb).
