500 g bellows cheese
50 ml beer
4 canned sardines (in oil)
125 g of sour cream
caramel crushed
1 fine onion
olives and cogosor for decoration
Crumble with a forked bake cheese
Add beer, chopped sardines, sour cream, finely chopped onion and a little chopped cumin and mix well
Place on the serving plate
Decorate with olives and chopped pieces and serve
An aperitif easy to prepare and very good!
